Quality control of explosion-proof electrical products the installation and use of qualified explosion-proof electrical products in coal mines and petrochemical enterprises plays an important role in ensuring the personal and property safety in coal mines and other explosive dangerous places. Therefore, the state has paid full attention to the quality of explosion-proof electrical products, especially the safety quality. As early as the early 1950s, the state authorized the safety inspection of explosion-proof electrical products. In order to further strengthen the quality of explosion-proof electrical products, in the 1990s, the coal industry implemented safety sign ("Ma") management for explosion-proof electrical products used in coal mines, that is, the whole process control from design, manufacturing, inspection and use. For the development and manufacture of class II (other than coal mine) explosion-proof electrical products, attention should be paid to the requirements of the electrical safety code of the people's Republic of China for explosive hazardous areas. It is an important regulation to protect the lives of employees and state property in the ground explosive dangerous places. In addition, pay attention to the requirements of national environmental protection regulations on products. 2.3 safety standard requirements (c1.3) the electrical equipment used in explosive hazardous areas must comply with the provisions of the electrical explosion-proof standard electrical equipment for explosive gas environment, and can be put into mass production and sale only after passing the inspection by the national authorized inspection agency. 2.4 the control of specific explosion-proof electrical product standards (C2) shall comply with the standardization law of the people's Republic of China. In the absence of national standards or industrial standards for specific explosion-proof electrical products, enterprise standards shall be formulated. The enterprise standard shall be reported to the local standardization administrative department for the record. Product standards are the basis for product design, development, production and acceptance. On the basis of fully considering the requirements of customers, regulations and safety standards, product standards should also consider the progressiveness of technology, economic rationality and environmental protection. 2.5 design control of explosion-proof electrical products (C3) design control of explosion-proof electrical products includes design input, design output, design review, design verification, design confirmation and design improvement control. (1) design input control (C31), which is a document based on product standards. Design input is the root for products to meet the requirements of customers, laws and regulations, so design input shall be reviewed and recorded in writing. (2) design output and design review control (c3.2). Design output is the design drawing of explosion-proof electrical products. The design output shall be reviewed. Review its ① compliance with the standard; ② Progressiveness of technology; ③ Economy; ④ Manufacturability; ⑤ Standardization, etc. The review shall be recorded in writing. The design output shall be released after approval. (3) design verification control (c3.3): verify at the appropriate stage of product formation to prove the conformity with design input. (4) design confirmation control (c3.4) to verify the records and implement the operation to prove that the explosion-proof electrical products meet the expected requirements. (5) send to the national authorized inspection agency for explosion-proof examination. (6) design change control (C3.5), whether from external or internal change requirements, shall be reviewed and approved by the authorized person. The part about how to confirm the inspection method in this article shall also be submitted to the national authorized inspection agency for review and filing. After that, the change can be implemented. 2.6 purchase control (C4) 2.6.1 purchase list control (c4.1) in addition to product name, specification, model and quantity, the purchase list shall also have acceptance basis. The purchase list shall be reviewed and approved. 2.6.2 purchasing point control (c4.2) ensures the purchasing quality, prevents the quality fluctuation of purchased goods, and the supply is relatively stable. 2.6.3 incoming acceptance of purchased articles (C4.3) the purchased articles can be put into use only after they pass the incoming acceptance. Acceptance shall be conducted and recorded according to the basis specified in the purchase list. Nonconforming products shall be strictly isolated.
